Hi,
i noticed that pressing the “A” key in the Pet Manager menu sets all dinos to “Aggressive.” This behavior doesn’t suit my playstyle. And i often missclicked it.
Is there a way to disable it or permanently change the key binding?

Can't really use, i have so many dinos out for breeding, but even if i am out of range, all dinos still show in Pet manager and can't find the ones i want to add. The color White and Orange doesnt help, still cant find the ones near me. There range of pet manager should only be able to see those around you. Any settings or suggestion

Wow I wish I had found this mod a long time ago, works like a charm and solves a lot of issues the idiots that created the game didn't fix themselves. So grateful to Duncanas. Also to anyone having problems getting it to work LEARN TO READ. Its clearly spelled out how to open the menu. From the description. (Default key is Apostrophe).

Its a wonder anyone wants to make mods anymore honestly with how many idiots out there whining because they can't get it to work when all you have to do is NOT be lazy and READ.

What is the button that brings up the menu because this isn't working.

not 100% sure, but the mod may need looking into. it ran me around till the pet i was looking for died. not even trying to send it to land out of the cave it was in did a thing.

i was going to use the mod just to get a pet back, but i liked the mod in the short time.

Yeah no duh it doesn't full work this was made in 2016 and hasn't been updated since.

great mod, only down side when you die all data is lost.

Extremely buggy.
1. A lot of times it wouldn't add the animal that I chose to the party, instead it would add a random one.
2. When it did add the one I chose, it had wrong species and stats listed.
3. It said my animals were "too far" and "in stasis" when standing right next to me.
4. I had to do things 3~5 times for them to take effect: Creating parties, adding an animal to a party, switching parties, setting hotkeys. Even just opening the manager required clicking apostrophe 6 or 7 times.

Nothing works on this glitch and it has resulted in the death of a beloved Spinosaurus.

Is this mod causing the game to fatal error crash for anyone?

unfortunately the menu does not open with apostrophe, guess this mod is broken/bugged?

This mod helped me find my lost direwolf 10/10 get it if you have any lost dinos

And there is also some lack of keybinding options that I think should be added. Like to change behavior to agressive and also to make them move to a spot.

This mod is quite handy and amazing. Only issue is it doesn't accept modifier+key combinations, region specific or F13-F24 (Which the game itself doesn't seem to do either)

will that work today on a server of any map ? Basically im just trying to find a mod to allow easiest management of a group dino without having to set thing one by on. like follow distance.

Is there an updated alternative to this? It mostly works, but some commands have stopped working, and it doesn't update the "stasis" properly, once a dino is out of range, it gets stuck in stasis in the manager, even though it's actually not.

@Milow We all understand you're busy, so thank you for taking the time to pin that in the discussions. Let's all hope this mods will continue to survive the destruction devs like to call updates & "fixes".

I'm glad there's a fix to the ever shrinking screen. @Milow Could you please pin the fix? It's going to eventually work it's way onto page 2 and so on. A hundred people are going to keep asking for a fix. Thank you Pinecoffin & Milow!!

Very happy to see that people are still enjoying this mod and that @Captain Pansy found a solution to the shrinking UI.

I would love to jump in and fix some of the issues with this and the Pet Res mod but I simply don't have the time to reinstall and spend the days it would take me just to get back to the point of being able to rebuild and remember how all this stuff works, let along fix the actual issues.

Especially since I mostly built these mods to make my wife happy and neither of us still play the game.

So it looks like this would work with S+ (Command Plus doesn't), but everytime I open it the window shrinks the same as others are experiencing.

Has anyone found a solution for this?

Guys just to let you know as I see for example Luiz replied to me. This mod works fine now althogh I wish there were a few more commands for example 'go there' like in theradial menu 😉

I have the same problem Mr. Potter! Whenever I activate the command the screen decreases more and more. I uninstalled the Mod and now the normal game windows as an option menu are too small! How do I get her back to normal? Help please guys! : (

I can make groups, add/remove pets to groups, but i can't use the pet manager interface to send commands to individual dino's standing right next to me, they're grey'ed out. help?

The UI is getting smaller each time you go into it... Please fix it! I love this mod. Today I found corpse of my sabertooth in woods... without it i would think it's alive and still would search for it (and waste time).

Honestly, I've never run into any issues with it, until just today, and I don't like any other tame management mods at all. The issue I bumped into, is... well, the UI... uh, shrinks every time I open it again. O_o
Oh well, just restarting or respawning fixes it, anyway, so it's no big issue. ^^
Aside from that, there's nothing wrong with this mod. It's one of my essentials, before S+, and is my oldest mod subscription.

Agreed. The effort to build the original mods was huge and the engine is so fragil

Also the 5 years old Unreal Engine is such a pain to develop in, prolly my last project :D Not even goddamn maps :(

You shouldn't :) It would be unfair to expect someone never get bored of the game/mod/all ever :)

Great to see someone build something like this. I've been feeling guilty about not keeping Pet Manager updated but it simply takes too much time for me to get my development environment back up and then to get my head back into it after such a long time.

Someone knows why its not working for me? I join the Game and it says Pet Manager Loaded, but for some reason I cant access the Manager. I clicked on Apostrophe, hold Apostrophe, hold T.
Did I do something wrong?

also by chance does it affect adding dinos to parties having trouble making groups

how does one access the pet mananger? is a ingram you must get and craft? cant find

it does reset when you die but it shouldn't reset on loading SP game. My main issue with this mod that sometimes it doesn't update status fast enough, like when some of my dinos get stuck or when i whistle some orders it doesn't show right away (sometimes). Also, you can add new dino to party with double-click but you cannot remove it from party with double-click (like before) which is much faster than select dino than select remove from party. Would also like smaller UI on top of screen insted of left side of screen bcz it collide with gather info

any more up-to-date mod of this somewhere? Like spiritual successor or some fork... basically mod that does similar things as this one.

Main issue I have with this mod at the moment is that keybindings keep resetting when I die or relog in my singleplayer world

@ Bruno, it most likely is because of this mod you are having crashes, it is no longer supported by the creator as stated at the top. I had to stop using it long ago. Which is too bad as this creator had some amazing mods. It is too bad that some other modder hasn't picked it up and updated it. Keychain is another awesome mod that needs a modder to take over and give it some love. This author did some amazing work it is too bad he is no longer modding or updating their mods. I suggest you try and find alternative mods. Sadly for keychain there are no alts.

Hello, my game constantly crashing every 2 min to 120 min, with Assertion failed, out of array in the file Array.h, lot of forum say it's because of mods, but i ve only few mod, and i wonder if other people using Pet Manager as me, got the same problem ? please?
