Honestly it's probably an issue on your end. Make sure you're in DirectX 9 and using high graphics settings, with no low graphics config

@Nassic Yeah it works kind of but the blue gem is a bright error pink. i tried manual and this its the same outcome.

Worked for me when I tried through the workshop, head to this thread and install it manually as per the readme

Maybe the server you're trying has skins disabled, try it offline or on an Insydon server

I subscribed and the skin is in the "Workshop" at the top of the escape/main menu, but it won't show up in-game.
