Now mod file will appear in "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
so if you want to then send me a friend request on steam and id be interested to see if you can get them working for yourself in the addons, that way we can possibly problem solve this sounds issue a little better and see if we cant find a easier way for players to get these sound mods, or if you would rather not and want to keep doing them by install thats fine to of course.
im hoping to get a few other authors to let me know how it works for them if anyone has the free time to try.
:D of course the install is the best way because its the most reliable and you dont have to worry about the sounds not wanting to play or cutting early even if there is no buzzing, so i just wanted to check if you did it intentionally or didnt know theres a way to do voice sounds in a vpk
sorry but next time briefly your topic please my eng is not good hope you understand thank you.
i do recall getting the same neptunia replacements from the workshop a while ago but the other author pricysnail removed his upload for whatever reason, but those same voices would buzz and make noise but that wasnt because of the sounds, and i did later get the workshops version to work without buzzing when it previously did with the same sounds.
k gotcha i wasnt sure if you decided to do them by install, but thats cool of course.
example "original 3 secs" and "mod file 5 secs" the game will play only 3 secs and cut the rest immediately or make some strange noise instead.
unless thats why you show players this way to install them so the original voices dont show through ever im guessing, it is the best way and all i was just wondering myself cuz i see a lot of them done this way
