To the commentors asking, you of course have any and all permissions to do whatever you want with the assets. I know an update kinda broke the collisions, which were always bizarre to begin with, so to those attempting to fix them, I appreciate it.
Thanks~ :)

I've managed to fix this. I set the bounciness of the pucks to 0 and created a new collision hull with sloped edges that seems to be able to clear the microgaps between tiles. The new version is on my workshop, but Joe has my full permission to take the edited pucks for himself and request I take it down.

Hi I use this mod to made the "PuiPui moruka" Version
PitchCar: PUI PUI morukā

Can I upload to TTS? if you don't mind
WooSDoM 19 Jan, 2021 @ 3:14pm

Ikaruga 22 Nov, 2020 @ 1:22pm
Hi and thanks a lot for your mod, it's a lot of fun !
Just my personal taste, but I prefer playing with marbles than with the cars you provided.
Floradora 23 Aug, 2020 @ 8:25pm
@Joe, I find that the cars are endlessly just bouncing off the next track in line and none of your recommendations are helping to fix that problem. :(

Same here. I followed instructions and still getting ricocheting backwards.
Fenice 21 May, 2020 @ 12:14am
Love the concept of this, but I'm having some real issue with the hit boxes. I've tried adjusting all the settings per your recommendation below, but I'd say about 40% of the time the cars are ricocheting backwards when they try to get to the next tile.

Are there any other settings I could maybe play around with? Would playing with gravity help?

Otherwise it works great. Love the mod.

Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!

@Toast The physics have always been a bit wonky in TTS, but it's super important for the game to work correctly to 1. set your lift height to lowest setting, 2. lock each track piece after placing them and 3. not flick the ever lovin' pee out of the 'cars' :D ... basically, each track has a direction it needs to face (noted by the yellow and purple ends) becasue the hit boxes are slightly staggered to allow the car onto the next piece. I wish I could just keep them level, but the physics don't let that happen.

@chronos237 For the ramp, grab a straight tile from the side of the board, and just press 2 on the keyboard. That should swap it to what you want.

To those asking permission to add to this game, go ahead :D
Toast 1 May, 2020 @ 4:27pm
This is great, but the flicking seems to cause problems. Like it only works if you flick very very lightly. As far as I can tell, the pieces are all snapping together correctly. Is there a way to modify how much I can flick before the piece flips out of control?
chronos237 30 Apr, 2020 @ 1:57pm
Just in FYI to the modder, some of your track tiles are not spawning in at all (like the jump tile) from the component menu.
PowerSports 5 Apr, 2020 @ 2:37pm
Is there any way to offer us pre-made tracks???
Knaughx 19 May, 2019 @ 10:12am
This is great. Thanks.
Zaku II 13 Dec, 2018 @ 11:55pm
I REALLY love this, but I'm having an issue. The pieces aren't connecting smoothly and it causes bumps in the track. Am I just doing something wrong? Thanks Joe. Awesome otherwise!
Neumannjorge 26 Aug, 2018 @ 12:12pm
Works perfect! Really fun game!
I wish you would keep updating this game.
Thanks
Jacobhgn 12 Dec, 2017 @ 7:39pm
Wow! This was fun!!! Hope you will add some new tracks :D
I'd love to see more!
Xikkom 20 Jun, 2017 @ 5:41am
This is great! Much better than Pitch Kart. Your pieces interlock and look better. I hope you will add more pieces to create awesome tracks with.

Hey Joe! I'm texting to thank you for the incredible idea of creating trax on Tabletop Simulator!
I'm working with my friends in this game to develop tracks in order to make some kind of "Trax GP".
I would like to know, if you don't mind that we upload these tracks and write our own "house rules" to the game?
Thanks, again.
Wish you the best!
Tritano 11 Dec, 2016 @ 10:57am
Thanks for the reply Joe. Changing the grid size fixes it, so it's absolutely no problem to me now.
Joe  [author] 7 Dec, 2016 @ 8:59pm
Tritano, I tried to simulate the issue you were having, but I couldn't. I wonder if your grid got reset somehow, becuase I had the grid size right where it would fit the pieces nicely. Maybe try redownloading it? Goodluck!
Tritano 26 Nov, 2016 @ 9:34am
I found a simple fix for the not connecting tiles. Configure the grid to 2x2 instead of the default 4x4. This is done in the menu host > grid.
Tritano 25 Nov, 2016 @ 11:28am
It might be a beginner's fault, but I cannot connect a straight or another curve to a curve.
Sartele 17 Nov, 2016 @ 7:12am
Hi ! How do you play this game ? How do you simulate flicking ?
Roast Beef 21 Oct, 2016 @ 5:57am
exactly what i was looking for. if this didnt exist id try making one. i used to play flick racing with pen and paper at school lol.

@Sandling Thanks for the comment, I added some things I saw in your picture. Height is something I'm wokring on now, and big loops will be tricky. But I'll work on it! Thanks for your input.
Sandling 27 Sep, 2016 @ 3:27pm
Awesome job on the update! :D
Launch ramps and elevation would be nice too for eventually :) - And perhaps a crazy loop
Thank you for the amazing work!

EDIT: WOOPS, found the extra states! That's awesome :D
Sandling 25 Sep, 2016 @ 8:02am
Very awesome! Would like to see bridges, and basically anything you'd see on this picture:
