I was playing around with this sub and made a few modifications (Refer to "Advanced Cannon Tips" discussion). I added two side-mounted 54mm AA guns with hemispherical range of fire. There is also a perma-AI defense structure (Heavy Armor, ERA armor, and surge blocks with no access point (nearly impossible to destroy AI). And I took a play from the White Flayers playbook: modified 'Sharktooth' drill with 360° turret base. Can be controlled remotely to gut ships if you are underneath them. There is also a torpedo salvo and a surface to air missile salvo.

awesome against surface land and even some space units but it struggles with fast flyers, but then attacking a plane in a sub with no missiles is probably never gonna end well, air bouys and sensor tweaks for gun lead would fix that
