There is "DS Industry Mining in the North - beta02" mod in description , but no such mod in collection.
LTDarkLord 26. aug. 2022 kl. 6:00
Can't produce iron fittings and traded mod items (glass etc) aren't being moved from my trade post to my storage / build sites.
idealcastle 19. mar. 2021 kl. 13:36
As much as I love the concept of what this mode gives, I have to say you SHOULD NOT use this mod, few reasons.

1) Using the forestry to cut/plant trees. You CAN NOT remove trees manually from the trees that have been planted from this forestry lodge. You can manually ask them to remove other trees that the game added. This means. those trees will BE STUCK there forever, unless the forestry lodge decides to cut them down.

2) Iron tools. RUINED. the balanced is really screwed. This mode makes iron tools only last a job or two, which means YOU MUST create tools NON STOP, you cant even produce enough iron in that amount of time, I found that this has ruined the game play for me, tools last a long time, its damn material not consumable. Terrible decision to do this modification.

3) Some buildings if you decide to cancel a build, you lose all the material they already placed down to build it, no refund on material used.
e are probably dozens more the longer I play.

Stupich 2. mar. 2021 kl. 20:22
my computer does not like this list of mods,,,
Zikaaak 13. juni 2020 kl. 10:01
What this is crazy ! Nice mod.
BreezyGamer 10. maj 2020 kl. 17:33
A mod here must be bugged because exiting a game will crash and freeze my game and I have to do a hard reboot to get my screen back.
erj232 30. apr. 2020 kl. 14:30
or do you just mean "Industrial Mining"?
erj232 30. apr. 2020 kl. 14:26
uhm about "Industrial Mining in the North" where do I find this mod?
Peter Pan 29. apr. 2020 kl. 17:22
not going to lie, it would be amazing if there was 1 mod with all these mod in it so i dont have to try and get like 17 or more mods to work with each other.
BU4U Gaming 28. apr. 2020 kl. 1:48
Discrepancy addressed this in the description of the pack as well:

"**a note about conflicts**
many players are confused about conflicts with mods and them turning red in the mod list when all the mods are enabled.
The conflicts are perfectly fine, and you can ignore the conflict and they will all work together. the reason they are conflicting is because they all share many of the same pieces of code, textures, UI elements, etc."
BU4U Gaming 28. apr. 2020 kl. 1:48
I am not sure what you mean. When you said they "crash with each other" did you just mean that they turn red in the mod list? Because that is not a problem for a mod pack like this. When modders make a mod pack then the mods within that pack is compatible. The red mods in the list just means that they use some of the same files and you should just activate all of them. Just remember to use the mod order that the mod author has listed in the description.

If you add a mod that isn't a part of this mod pack then yes a red mod might mean that it's not compatible, so it's best to not add it or at least ask around to see if anyone knows if it's compatible.
Noname 28. apr. 2020 kl. 1:13
but if only can active one of all
many things cant be done since some resources only in other mod like timber iron fitting those
some mod need them but they aren't available to gather
BU4U Gaming 26. apr. 2020 kl. 2:04
@Noobiev^.^v That the mod names turn red doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't compatible. In most cases with a mod pack like this it just means that they use some of the same files.
Noname 26. apr. 2020 kl. 1:38
helo isit something wrong when i arrange all in order like your suggestion
all those DS name mod crash with each other after i arrange exactly like yours
MUZICS 21. mar. 2020 kl. 23:50
is it normal for the game to crash every time i quit to main menu?
BU4U Gaming 25. nov. 2019 kl. 9:27
Also...did you remove the Blast Furnace, Oil Mill and Industry Mining in the North mods from Steam? Can't seem to find them though they are mentioned on the mod order list for this collection.
BU4U Gaming 25. nov. 2019 kl. 8:45
Hey Discrepancy. This collection looks amazing. I was thinking of starting a new game using this full collection except the UI-related mods.
Are any of the UI mods necessary to run any of your other mods? As far as I can see they aren't but figured I would ask to be sure. :)
forbesyj9 24. nov. 2019 kl. 16:14
first game ive ever played where before u can start u have to spend an eternity moving the mods up or down 1 spot at a time to make them work. hopefully its worth it
marinebrother35 16. aug. 2019 kl. 5:19
does anyone play these mods with the CC mod on
vAnitas 1. aug. 2019 kl. 22:38
Thank You, I didn't know that :)
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 31. juli 2019 kl. 0:40
@- vanitas , ignore the red conflict warnings of the mods, that is because they share resources. They all work fine together.
vAnitas 30. juli 2019 kl. 23:05
Most of the mods are not compatible anymore :/
even if you set on the recommended load order.
really sad, all this mods are really good

i compiled the only mods how are work on this load order recommended:

endymionshepherd 22. juli 2019 kl. 20:31
Thanks. I like to play around with different peoples mods, but I always keep at least a few of your assets added in for the best experience.
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 21. juli 2019 kl. 23:33
I would probably put the North above all of my mods.
endymionshepherd 21. juli 2019 kl. 15:17
If playing with The North 6.2, should that always be top of list with DS mods below? Or are there any mods on this list that are recommended to be above North
WAND3R3R_R33C3 8. juli 2019 kl. 11:44
You're welcome. I know managing all these mods must be a pain in the butt. Maybe combining most of them into one will make your life easier?
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 8. juli 2019 kl. 0:57
Thanks @WAND3R3R_R33C3

cheers for your help.
WAND3R3R_R33C3 5. juli 2019 kl. 19:15
The suggested load order NEEDS a change. I just downloaded almost all of these, and the road in the Thompson Trade Merchant mod was almost hidden. The roads parent toolbar and the tool beside it were just tiny squares barely big enough to click. I later discovered the problem was the Mead Brewing mod. Flipping those two mods fixed the problem, and I have not noticed anymore toolbar problems.

In short, the new, improved, loaded order is:
-Better Stock Piles
- DS Thompson Trade Merchants v2.0
- DS Mead Brewing
-DS Terrains And Climates
WAND3R3R_R33C3 5. juli 2019 kl. 15:28
Just do the list from bottom to top, so you only have to click the Top button ;)
Bazalisk 20. juni 2019 kl. 5:35
if there a file somewhere that i can past in the load order as it take AGES clicking and waiting, clicking and waiting then pressing the tiny arrow and waiting ...
da812manymonkey 4. juni 2019 kl. 22:35
This fixed my crash dumps. Works great now.

Also. Awesome mods!
Ka3oose 1. apr. 2019 kl. 14:55
Fantastic modpack, I love it. BUT, I recently found a game-breaking bug that has prevented me from moving forward in my save. Banished has crashed with the Windows error code 0xC0000005; "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access." This seems to have occurred around the time I placed a DS mine and a regular mine. I don't know if those have anything to do with it though.
Maddin 20. feb. 2019 kl. 8:16
Great work! :steamhappy:
imfrank 16. feb. 2019 kl. 22:52
thanks. i had it at the top.
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 16. feb. 2019 kl. 21:25
it is likely to work in most places, but for a better RK experience place above DS Terrains & Climates, otherwise below.
imfrank 15. feb. 2019 kl. 16:57
where would i put RK Editor's Choice - Full on your list?
Foehammer418 5. feb. 2019 kl. 18:22
Roger that, thank you!!
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 5. feb. 2019 kl. 4:49
Place above or just below the DS Terrains And Climates mod, a few things might not work, but from what i'm aware it should not crash.
Foehammer418 4. feb. 2019 kl. 21:58
What is your recomendation for placing CC into the mod list (not including The North)?
novosib565 2. feb. 2019 kl. 22:58
а тут чё, по русски ни кто не общается?
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 13. jan. 2019 kl. 21:21
Thanks, I want to eventually, and actually started it early last year, but i decided that I wanted to do it only once I'd organsied how it was to be set out. I don't want to make just a single compile of all my mods, i want them to work cohesively in the best possible way. This requires large changes to each mod and I knew back then that if i went down this path I would struggle under the workload on top of RL commitments.
But, I am back at modding banished and have planned most of the combined mod, currently I am making update to DSThompsonTradeMerchants and more so finalising my Industry Mining mod is a priority, and once that is complete I will start building a combined mod, with the first release starting with only my most latest mods until I am happy to add more to it.

There is an external mod manager available at http://worldofbanished.com/index.php?topic=2602.msg54035#msg54035 made by JM that allows you to easily sort and move the mod list order.
MapleSierrap 13. jan. 2019 kl. 17:26
Have you considered merging all this into a megamod?

Kudus to you for making all this for the community, but Banished doesn't exactly have a user friendly mod management UI and you do have a large number of mods+recommended mod load order.

I've lost interest in playing before even making it half way through arranging the mod list according to your specifications.
Opulus™ 3. jan. 2019 kl. 5:51
@J'Lu I just found that collection and will try it out in a couple of hours. But for your question. If the way to get stuff hasn't changed too much, you can get coal through trading / merchants.
Kajice 11. dec. 2018 kl. 14:05
Love all your mods, but I have a question. I am playing without CC, only with your mods and a handful of others. So I want to build your tunnel mine (I have downloaded the normal tunnel mine, not the CC tunnel mine). However, to do that I need steel tools. And to make steel tools I need coal. And for coal I need the tunnel mine.... Is there a way to get coal without the mine?
Individuo 25. nov. 2018 kl. 5:11
I eat bleak
Rei'No Otoko 23. nov. 2018 kl. 22:42
Btw thank you DS for still using this place to place your mods, or I'd have a very hard time installing and using them, since I no longer use Windows.. but use Linux instead..
Rei'No Otoko 23. nov. 2018 kl. 22:40
I'd say most of you complaining about conflicts shouild just try turning them all on, And Playing the game, the conflicts have existed almost since before the coding that was used to inflict them but banished was made first so you have to live with them!
discrepancyOk  [ophavsmand] 18. nov. 2018 kl. 21:10
ignore the conflicts :) they all still work together
Armchair TacTelsion 6. nov. 2018 kl. 0:12
I have downloaded some of these mods, but when I try to select more than one of them, a conflicting issue is caused.
I really want to play with these mods, so is there a way you could fix this?
I've seen other people mention to compile all these mods into one, could you perhaps do this?
Gubernaut 5. okt. 2018 kl. 12:18
I agree about an all-in-one mod, I want to try it out but that's a lot of mods to subscribe and ordering to do.
