@bjohnson2312 You don't need the extras, they just make the building look much better. Get the Don't Crash mod and you can have as many assets/mods as you want really.

What is it with people going completely nuts with the dependencies?! Looks really nice and I love the fact it is RICO compatible. I would love it use it if their weren't all the extra requirements.
