The entire base of the advent monument is gone on my lw playthrough, anyone else had this issue?

I know the frustration, when I was on here a lot I too wanted to put my head through the screen with all the people asking questions that were in the descriptions :)

@Jack O'Neil: Well, it seemed clear from that to me, personally. At least in combination with literally the first sentence. But ok, reading it again with the mindset of it possibly not being clear, I can see that it isn't neccessarily clear. Kinda my fault for not considering the other side, mainly due to a load of people literally not reading descriptions on here, but still my fault, sry.

Q: Why isn't this just a part of EMM standard?
A: I wanted to keep EMM from getting too bloated, and keep it's configs clean for my own sanity - is this what you're talking about Yamino?

Because that doesn't say this is an add on, or, this includes the other stuff. I may be slow but it's not crystal clear

Those should be fairly easy. I'd just reccomend, if you're unfamiliar with the mapping tools, to use the maps made by Firaxis as an example

Stairs aren't an issue, it's that the assets currently existing for UFOs are made specifically to make one kind of UFO, one way, and nothing else

What would be missing? Alien stairs, etc? Could assets be taken from the final mission map? Is size an issue? I don't know mucn about modding or map building, I also can't make any assets. Just curious.

@McDenny's 09, Have you ever considered making some large UFO parcels? I mean large UFOs like in EU including the abductor, supply barge and battleship? And perhap smaking them multi leveled? Could be fun. Keep up the great work!

Ah-ha! Not just me then - No random map picked for Avenger Defence? . Actually had another Avenger Defence in that campaign, same problem. Keep on meaning to break out my debugging save and check (I wonder if the UFOs added by RM's Additional Dark Events have their own plot-picking code).

Hey, I'm having a minor issue with this mod. Every time I've done Avenger Defence, it always (and I do mean always, this is something I've encountered on 20+ consecutive campaigns) uses the Suffer template instead of any of the others, either in this mod or any of the map plots in the base game. It's not even that I dislike the Suffer map persay, it's just that getting the same map time after time after time is a little bit repetative, and I'd like to at least try out some of the other Avenger defence maps in this mod as well. Can anyone help me with this?

I think it's the same one I mentioned back in May (plot_WLD_AvDef_Advent_EMM_01). Was the spike (the thing you have to destroy to lift off) in its own bunker at the back of the map?

Think you should see where the spike is at the beginning of the mission as the camera pans around.

The map is similar to the first picture displayed but not exactly. Lots of ADVENT buildings really close together.

The maps are beautiful and for the most part the game runs smoothly. However, I have encountered a possible bug that is causing my came to freeze and stop working. This has happened in the same scenario where the Avenger is attacked by the UFO and forced to land. I begin the mission and everything seems to run fine but after a couple of turns, suddenly the game freezes. I have other map packs, don't know if this would cause the game to freeze.

Hello, sometimes i get a blank mission preview picture in the loading screen (grey picture with xcom logo in it). After some research this is caused by missing preview pictures of the objective parcels from custom map mods. Vozati made an update for his map mod that adds LoadSaveFile preview images for his parcels, so may you can do this too. Thanks

Might have something to do with the emitters I used, which were dated back to 2010, or it might be the light injectors I used

Had a couple of Avenger Defence missions on the ""plot_WLD_AvDef_Advent_EMM_01"" plot this campaign. Whenever the camera pans over to where the spike is (md_AvDef_Bunkers_01, I think) my framerate absolutely tanks (~5 FPS).

Not sure if anyone else has seen this, or if it's a known issue. Not sure if there's anything you can do, McDenny's 09? In the interim I'm going to disable the plot.

Which is a shame as it's a lot of fun, although it indicates one bucket ton of foresight and planning on ADVENT's part to build that facility exactly where Bradford's skillful evasions take us.
