Can confirm it still works as intended. Love this mod, but I wanted to make a tweaked variation of it. Mind if I cannibalize your code, reupload, and credit you? Cheers.

I don't know if this still works. It's all fairly simple so it should still work, but I am far from certain.
If you try it out, please report back on whether it works or not.

this is an awesome idea. Any idea if this is still after......... 11 years?

@andbruu I had the capcitor at the level it is because multiplying their respective numbers by reciprocals with any lower stored power felt like it had too little to be useful. I believe 1/10th of a large battery is 300kw. That's not enough on it's own to run a refinery for any meangingful amount of time.

Power input rate and output rate are different variables that may have independent values from each other. Your idea could easily be accomplished.

Very interresting. I wonder if the capacitor is different enough. Would increasing it to 10xflow and 1/10th storage make it worthless, or really give it a different profile?
Since you have been looking at the batteri code, could you tell if it would be possible to have a battery with different flow for recharge and discharge?
ex a battery with x10 recharge speed but one-tenth the discharge rate - useful to quckly recharge probes... and the reverse for very-limited use capacitors
