Did you get customizable weaponry base, and did you get tf2 C.W.? What you are describing is a case of not having the required addons.

Most of them just crash my game, the dual pistol shot errors. Until they patch this I wouldn't suggest this pack. Also could you include the weapons themselves with the pack?

You have to open the cw 2.0 weapon customization menu to use these skins. C is the default key for opening the wcm.
