I have just had a very sad discovery - when my (half finished) moat of deep water froze in the winter, when it thawed out again it was back to shallow water :( :(
A different but still irritating problem is that if shallow water with a deep water build order on it freezes, the build order disappears.
ie: lamps, walls, furniture etc
Here are some of the errors, all dealing with "damageDef Bomb"
Config error in sd_bridges_drawbridge_up: has multiple damage multipliers for damageDef Bomb
Config error in sd_bridges_drawbridge_down: has multiple damage multipliers for damageDef Bomb
and 5 more (of this mod and 2 others). So, it seems that the mods "concrete" , "bridges" and "roof support" are all modifying the damage multipliers for "damageDef Bomb".

I particularly miss the option to terraform terrain. There isn't another mod which allows terraforming like that (and updated for 1.0), is there?
changes: added hitpoints to foundation material of 250 and ponton parts have 350, since i set the flammeablility to 0.5 to prevent it from spawning in ruins.
otherwise the same.
@cover drawbridge (was 1 before always), set to 0.7 down and 0.9 up (my normal bridges have 0.65)
