Note to CUP-Map mod users: This mod map "Nam" causes the sun to disappear in all or nearly all CUP-Maps. I realize that this mod hasn't been updated in a while, but I thought I'd let anyone know who might be having the sun missing issue that causes over darkness and no shadows.

Crazy how so many mods like this are rated so well and are so popular when there's so many issues with them. Lots of buildings aren't level with the ground, the terrain throughout isn't very accurate to what it's supposed to represent, just a lot of very noticeable issues.

This map looks great and visually I love it, but the folliage doens't seem to be properly implemented, as the AI can VERY CLEARLY see through grass, bushes and tree leaves. My friends and I got PTSD from being shot at by VC from 300m + away with pinpoint accuracy while behind bushes and trees, not being able to return fire as we cannot see through folliage. Without 3rd person (with it too, but to a lesser degree) playing on this map it is an absolute nightmare.

With all the rivers and water you need fishing villages to have boats of some kind placed for use. After all the Delta was a river war. Maybe a patrol boat at bases near a river. Even though we can swim across a river we need boats.

Bit of a weird one this. Having Nam in the mod list results in some CUP terrains such as Takistan loosing their skybox both in the day and at night, no clouds or sun or stars and moon.
