I'm going to be attending my mods here soon, now that SE has a serious update.

This planet is a flat sphere for me. Anyone else have this issue?
Umbree 3. juli 2018 kl. 13:46
wasent there a monolith on mars?
AGermanGoose 9. juni 2018 kl. 3:23
I've got an issue where the texture of the terrain doesn't match the actual terrain.
For example: Theres a hill in front od me and I try to runn up, and suddenly I'm standing 30 feet above the ground texture.

Is it my game or does this planet not have spawnable boulders? Can't find anything besides uranium, nickel, and cobalt.

Adeptus mechanicus approves ! Praise the Omnissiah!

I have taken a break from SE, but as soon as I stop hating it, I want to load this back up. I don't like SP except to build in creative, but I do love a good Mars episode.

Is this a new Planet or a changed skin?

Cool.

It should apply. I used the vanilla textures except I made them less shiny. I'll check it out when I can.

The new vanilla textures for the martian soil look a lot better. Will the update apply to this planet?

Yes on Mars moons! Sweet, I will look into it. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see your future work.

If I can get the time to dedicate my computer to the task, I've got Deimos and Phobos (glorified asteroids) on the list of things to do next - takes forever to render asteroids in SEToolbox. Will probably finish the heightmap tweaks and texturing for Venus first. Thanks for subscribing. And, yes, read the books. I believe SyFy has the first novella, Drive, online for free. Drive, Churn, and The Butcher of Anderson Station are great, short primers for the tv show. And they're cheap on Amazon if you have a Kindle or Kindle app.

I have not read the books yet. That is on my Amazon wishlist though! I subscribed to you so I will be looking for new stuff.

@Scanner - Thanks! As soon as they allow us to mod clouds and their opacity, then I will be doing Jupiter and the Galilean moons - you're going to want Ganymede for The Expanse, too. :) Then I would add Ceres and 4 Vesta, because they lie between Mars and Jupiter. Ooh, that reminds me... the next book comes out in December!

I played for 12 hours straight in SP with this yesterday. Great planet. About to try with fixed gravity. Good work. I wish soemone would make ceres. The Expanse tv series on syfy with Earth, Mars and Ceres would be awesome!
entspeak  [ophavsmand] 28. nov. 2016 kl. 14:51
Fixed gravity.
Quarior 26. nov. 2016 kl. 9:44
You're welcome.
And even if your Venus is not published (I see your screenshot ), I saw that you managed to make the clouds very opaque while me is almost transparent despite that the alphamask is all white.
entspeak  [ophavsmand] 26. nov. 2016 kl. 4:19
Doh! Thanks for catching that, Quarior. I'll fix it.
Quarior 26. nov. 2016 kl. 4:12
Nice, better than my mods (and Mercury also) :steamhappy: .
But the gravity of Mars is 0.38 g, no 0.90, you are confusing with Venus, even if it is 0.91 g.

nice!
