i updated this for myself in my mods folder by editing line 33 to instead be " if control == GLOBAL.CONTROL_SECONDARY and GLOBAL.TheInput:IsKeyDown(GLOBAL.KEY_LCTRL) and hasTrailblazer then"
This makes it so map travel is now left control + right click to work that was right click alone can be reserved for dst to use in their functions.

new update allows walter to tell woby to deliver items to a set location/chest or player. This is done by right clicking on the map. Thus this mod disables the current vanilla feature of walter's new skill. Please allow me to not map travel when i am interacting with woby, or change the keybind which i use to click the map.

Also breaks Winona's wormhole selector

With Map travel it is not possible to teleport on the map with Wortox, could you fix it?

there are some new functions in playercontroller regarding map.
As already reported, wortox can now teleport when rightclicking the map, but with this mod enabled he is walking there instead. If possible, maybe put walking on sth like rightclikc+Shift or so (if char can teleport)?

The intended use is for the main map, I don't think the minimap was a thing when I created the mod, though it also might just have been an oversight.

I never go tthis to work on the mini map, but out of curiosity, I just tried using teh main full screen map and it does work as of today.
So is this supposed to be a click a mini map to move or click the main map?

Given that there was a major update, I wouldn't be surprised if it's broken yet again. I'll try to get some time together to fix it.

It broke for me, my character only pathed in one direction and got stuck facing sideways

It definitely worked as of July 25th, so if it's broken, that's news to me

could you make this work with minimap mods? so you could right click on modded minimaps to achieve teh same effect, rather than opening the entire map?

When you use this mode, there is a bug that makes the character look strange.

I hope it is, but also it would have to only do the straight line on the surface, since we cant fly over the cave gaps, but we can go over the ocean.

That is a really good question. Assuming it's fairly easy for me to figure out if someone is/isn't a ghost, then absolutely

would you ever consider updating it for ghosts? On the surface ghosts can fly over the ocean now. Making going in a straight line possible instead of using the pathfinding

This and Trailblazer aren't working.. I don't see the mini map at all

@Serp: I appreciate the advice. I actually already wrote the mod, I'm just waiting for permission. It's not really possible to make it a dependency because I don't really use this mod, I just use how they did something in a different way. The little bit of the code where they grab the position of a click on the map and call an action based on it. I didn't know how to use the API to do that, so I checked how they did it and did it similarly.

@bongopd: I'm not the author, but I guess you should first try, if you can achieve this by making your mod dependent on this/the trailblazer mod.

Hey, I love this mod. I was wondering if I could use some of the code in a mod I'm writing? I'd love permission from one ot the creators. I'm making a mod where wortox can teleport anywhere on the map by clicking on the map. I just need to use the bit where you call an action with coordinates based on a click on the map.

Given that I don't really play the game anymore I have a tendency to cringe whenever I get a message because it's usually because the mod broke, and I know I'm about to spend another day or three trying to fix it up. So it made my night to instead get a thank you note.

That being said, I'm very proud of this mod, and I know it's a very integral part of the game's experience for many of you (myself included), so I will make sure it continues to live!! (that being said if Klei is listenting feel free to implement it yourself or with help 🙃)

The second most important mod in all don't starve universe. I can't tell how many times I needed to travel and didn't want to manually go there. Very nice mod.

It doesn't work on beta specifically, I think. Crashes the game when trying to travel on map.

What @Serp said -- there's not much I can do otherwise besides saying that it works for me :/
