OK. Found it in the "Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever\res\models\model\asset\ground" and copied it to the "Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever\res\models\model\asset which fixed the error.

Do you have a file "tribune.mdl"? I am using the savegame of another player who has your asset but is says that tribune.mdl is missing

This sort of mod, which adds flavour to the landscape, I cannot get enough of. Thank you, and I hope we see more of them
