If you install this texture, you can actually just spawn the money pallet models provided in the Counter-Strike: Source section and this texture will replace the default USD texture. Same goes for the models of washing machines with money inside of them.

For this, you'll need to have Counter-Strike: Source installed on your machine and enabled in your Garry's Mod.
