there seems to be a bug where the thrusters refuse to save into groups. Add them to a group and reload your save and they will no longer be in their group.

What does this do? No decryption.
Syhkane 5. juli 2021 kl. 16:54
@Omnium Rerum still works
Mask of Humble 28. nov. 2020 kl. 11:07
I miss this mod, pretty sure it still works but no way to comfrim it so I'm not gonna risk it.
GuTsS 21. juni 2019 kl. 12:32
you have nice mods buddy, update some please.. :(
Korvatus Klok 5. juni 2019 kl. 22:01
@Mexpex any chance of an update?
Rasip 10. mar. 2019 kl. 16:58
Nope. Thrusters on rotors with scripts is the closest we can get.
Anubis 26. maj 2018 kl. 10:53
did keen ever get around to making omni directional thrusters possible?
Explorer77 13. juni 2017 kl. 19:23
cool pretty good for small scouts
Überium 4. juni 2017 kl. 9:26
cool,Finaly i dont need ion thruster,atmosferic thrusters and hydrogen thrusters to create interplanetar ship
Enderlook 13. apr. 2017 kl. 10:51
Feedback: Your thruster has low force per m3. You should improve force like 3 times (also improve consumption). It's very cheap, it should be like, i.e, 70 steel plate (need ressistance for m2), 60 const. components, 90 thruster components, and 6 steel tubes (x3 if you improve force). Anyway it's very cute the texture!!! Also, you should make an hydrogen version!

nice thrusters and weapons that you have. i use the weapons alot

Now if only there was a Large Grid version...
Lmecha 28. jan. 2017 kl. 7:43
can i ask a small request, can you make the thruster engine pods from Titan AE when kal and courso tried to escape the dreag on tue 14
Devil 2. jan. 2017 kl. 3:10
wold be good if you make them for large ships as well
Anubis 21. dec. 2016 kl. 19:00
any plans to release your thusters im a megapack love them all but like to keep my mod list short:)

Space and Planets?
Elkstone 20. dec. 2016 kl. 20:36
Name is pretty poor. "Adv Exploration Thruster" would be a better one
GrumpyPlok616 20. dec. 2016 kl. 18:46
Gonna try it out
XEN 20. dec. 2016 kl. 2:33
AAARRRRRRGH! I Love them, but they are not hydrogen... There's so many Ion options and even atmospheric. I can even modify normal Ion's into Atmos.

But I can't do the same with Hydrogen. Only block mods that exist are for small. I swear, a proper hydrogen thruster mod is top mod material. That and a REAL open flight seat, just need to delete that screen... or maybe... LCDafy it...
Cheetah 19. dec. 2016 kl. 23:19
@Navillus Prime

Unfortunately, there's no bipropellant support by the game. Such thing cannot be done without some serious ModAPI trickery, as well as adding an another block which will be necessary for engine's functioning.
Navi 19. dec. 2016 kl. 18:02
you can make them cose a shitton of power as well as cost oxygen or something?
Cheetah 19. dec. 2016 kl. 12:32
Given the colossal size of these, their thrust shall be at least of 700 kN, and roughly 7-8 MW of power consumption. And, for the sake of spacers, there shall be a version that functions on full power in space and in half — on planets.

P.S. Could you do a 3x1x4 braking thruster, with roughly 150 kN of thrust?
Kraezon 19. dec. 2016 kl. 12:00
I love the style! will you be adding more thrusters for the other directions too? These look beautiful, but combining them with vanilla or other thrusters from other mods just doesnt look right, if you did do dorsal/ventral and lateral thrusters that all fit the same scheme Id basically only use your thrusters! :)
Anisomorphism 18. dec. 2016 kl. 7:12
This is beautiful as always!
Rothank 18. dec. 2016 kl. 2:03
@Mexpex both actually, preferrably something not as wide (looking from the back), like 3x3x [any length] or 2x3x [any length]. These would, of course, have lower thrust.
Mexpex  [ophavsmand] 17. dec. 2016 kl. 16:03
@Whaddageek - I agree that the current mount is a bit limiting but the idea was to use it as a larger thruster mounted on the side as in image or on a rotor like a Vtol configuration.

Ive already started on an alternative version with mounts covering a larger area on each side to make it earier to mount and being a bit tighter to the hull.

@Rothank - Different size for small ships or large grid variants?
Whaddageek 17. dec. 2016 kl. 15:27
You'd be better off with a simpler design like thruster nozzle on a block, rather than a complete slap-on-the-hull engine mount. It's less fun if you can't integrate them into your own ships.
Rothank 17. dec. 2016 kl. 14:41
Any chance for different size variants of the engine?It would be totally awesome!
Mexpex  [ophavsmand] 17. dec. 2016 kl. 14:04
@Shoobox
Thanks for your feedback, havnt noticed any issues using pistons/rotors myself.
The current thrust is lower than a large atmospheric thruster but in space a bit higher than a large Ion.
ExessiveGK 17. dec. 2016 kl. 14:00
One of the best engine mods I've seen in a long time, some bugs in it, doesn't like when using it with rotors or pistons, I know you designs these for slow speed exploration but I feel their to slow for me in atmosphere super slow and in space well. either way good job.
Mexpex  [ophavsmand] 17. dec. 2016 kl. 13:56
@fadingMelody
Uses power
VariableVixen 17. dec. 2016 kl. 13:52
Does it need hydrogen, or just power?
