When do you think students will be able to come up? I know my arch mage quarters is like a train staion, ppl are in and out of it all the time.
Talyn Firelock 28. dec. 2014 kl. 8:00
I have no NpC's there, but it looks epic,as I have a mod that lets me spray a bunch of flowers..anywhere..lol. I wish ppl would come up there, I like the socializing mods for the College, not empty spaces. I need targets to practice magic with anyway, being more of a destruction mage character. This does not conflict with "Sexy Winterhold" or "A Mage'sArmory" or "Winterhold College Improved" I have all of them

The arch mage's roof is suppose to be for practicing magic, not sitting on chairs and make out with your girlfriend.
But the rest of what you did I think should be added.
No1plumber 15. dec. 2013 kl. 17:05
What did you do to it the arch-mage roof is a training spot
PK_Ultra 19. nov. 2013 kl. 21:21
OMFG is that Brelyna?! Where do u get themod for her hair like that?!
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2013 kl. 14:03
*And yeah, it organises the load order for each user.
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2013 kl. 14:02
Yeah its normal, and if thats what boss thinks then its usually right. as it depends on what other mods you have in as well. but good job, hopefully that works fine for you.
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 13:19
my mods are all in different order. this program loads them in proper order? One of your mods is high up and three last. And is that supposed to happen?
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 13:09
did a black run box come up. it asked for what game and I put skyrim. then it disappeared.... is that normal?? Is it automatically rearrange my mods? God I hope so I am pitiful... LOL
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2013 kl. 13:05
Instal instructions should be either in the file, pretty sure theres a auto installer as well. should be simple as that, then after that you just run it and follow on screen instructions.
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 13:03
just downloaded boss
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 13:03
I am not tech savvy. I can play skyrim like a GOD but that is where my computer skill ends
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2013 kl. 12:52
BOSS is a mod load order organiser, and is simple and clean. Here is a link to its info page and then the download source. Honestly i didnt read much of the info and it was fine, but BOSS really is the best program for this sort of thing. for the google download you want the installer with the highest download count

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6/?

If you get stuck let me know, but im not at my pc right now so will have to help you via what i remember.
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 12:43
i downloaded nexus mod manager and it has been a nightmare.
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 12:42
what is that?
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2013 kl. 12:23
I would recommend it, but if you run a check with the program "BOSS" it will sort your mods out in an order that makes them not conflict. Its pretty easy to use if you have never done so before, and I can also link you if need be.
EmpressNympho 13. juli 2013 kl. 11:11
is there a particular order that all your other mods be in? do they have to be right under the unofficial patches?
Shit Lord 3. juli 2013 kl. 20:03
Not sure if this was mentioned but would be fantastic if you could put a smithing station somewhere: anvil, tanner, grindstone, etc.
☯UrKungFuNoGood☯ 19. juni 2013 kl. 23:16
Does this have a map marker? Guess I'll find out.
Escaped Psycho 7. maj 2013 kl. 2:58
I like the overall idea. But what about the constant dragon attacks in the college area?
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2013 kl. 12:38
Cheers, and no problem. By chance I am actually updating this one next week. sort some nav meshing out and neaten a few things.
2Much Fuego ™ 23. feb. 2013 kl. 12:28
oh ok thanks. Sub!
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2013 kl. 12:21
My last message came out wrong. My bad. I meant to say there are no new npc's with this mod, the only thing it adds are items on the roof. the screenshots are of my dragonborn and brelyna maryon.
2Much Fuego ™ 23. feb. 2013 kl. 12:15
huh?. I'm asking if the npc's you added sleep or they stay awake day and night.
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 22. feb. 2013 kl. 19:29
This mod add any npc's.
2Much Fuego ™ 22. feb. 2013 kl. 19:26
do the npc' sleep anywhere? to be more relistic...
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 22. feb. 2013 kl. 13:29
Afraid not, just alters the college roof. I think there is a more npc's mod on nexus though.
Alandrus Sun 22. feb. 2013 kl. 12:06
Does this also add more NPCs? Winterhold is also a rather empty place.
Victor.Mace 22. okt. 2012 kl. 12:03

Looks like shit. Unsubbed.
Deviston X 23. juli 2012 kl. 21:03
@Talrin: Neh, I'll wait till it comes out in the nexus. Thanks for the (potential) awesome mod though.

Went to the NExus, but I can't seem to find this mod :/
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:42
Hmm, another good idea. again thanks ill do that. its nice having good feedback, where as before i have just had demands and complaints in some cases. just trying the clean up thing at the moment. seems to work nicely *Salutes*
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:31
yeah that was something I tripped up on a while back and I figured I'd pass that along. Another way to avoid it is to make your own "warehouse mod" with all the cool architecture and items you like to work with such as, architecture, house furniture (I.E. bookshelves, display cases mannaquins) traps etc. all put into a few new warehouse cells. in that mod you can just copy stuff from anywhere that fits your fancy and paste it into one of your new warehouse cells. Then when you are working on a new mod load the "warehouse mod" as a plugin and copy from those warehouse cells... That will prevent you from accidentally altering stuff in the game world.
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:26
Cheers. and the cleaning bit will come in handy as well
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:24
Looking forward to it and good job. =)
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:24
Thanks. The rocks were to make it look a bit like an outdoor garden a neighbour had, but I see what your saying. I didnt know the snow elf bit, ill remove him. It was at the time more of a "oh hwy he looks like a mage, and i dont want to reuse tha mage guy again" but ill remove him. The talos statues were again not meant as such to be talos shrines, just decor. I could replace those with something else easily enough though.
All in all I have taken all your points in and will get to work this weekend, hopefully having something nice by the end
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:23
@ Talrin - unfortunately moving it back in place won't fix it... if the cell has an asterick next to it within the cell view window then the creation kit will automatically save those changes out. One way you can "clean" your mod is to load it as a plugin then duplicate all your items and save it as a new mod. when you reload your new mod only your duplicated items will remain and any cells you copied from or accidentally bumped an object will be no longer marked as modified.
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:20
@ Tarin - Also a few constructive criticisms

I like that you addressed the roof of the archmage quarters a little more than I did. (I have it as a teleport location so you can fast travel there) But I think it did need to have a few bits of furniture up there because I'm sure that the archmage would do that.

However some of the things you put up there might be a bit lore unfriendly and you may want to swap them out.
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:20
- The statue of the snow elf is not lore friendly as there is suposedly only one statue left in skyrim and that's a part of the theives guild questline.
- The statues of Talos are not Lore friendly because the collage isn't tremendously nord friendly and the thalmor would probably reduce the college to rubble if they saw them. You could probably replace any non lore friendly statues with the mage statue or one of the shrines to the divines
- While I agree that some foliage would be nice up there the rock and ground pieces make it look untidy and unkept which fights the clean look that winterhold portrays. Perhaps some potted plants would be better.
- Stone or metal furniture might be better rather than the noble furniture as it's being exposed to the elements constantly.
- it's not a good idea to give away TOO much free stuff. There were a lot of valuable items lying around on the patio and on the roof... maybe cut back a little.
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:17
Thanks for the advise. Yeah i copied a banner but might of acidently moved it. And that sound sounds good, thanks again. ill clean up that banner issue now by deleting the movment, should be near the very begining of the cnages list in my kit file for it.
Sku11M0nkey 20. juli 2012 kl. 15:10
@Tarin - you may want to run a compatibility check of this mod with some of the other popular winterhold mods out there. For the most part it works well with my mod "winterhold improved" But you may want to check it out with the "Expanded winterhold Destruction ruins" as well.

The only issue I had that conflicted with my mod so far (albeit I only checked in briefly) is that it looks like you tried to copy or move one of the banners in the Archmages quarters and that causes a visual snafu in my mod (I moved the banners on the walls to a different location so that I could add book cases to the entryway) Loading my mod last in the data stack will resolve that but I have some tips I could give you on how to clean modified cells for better cross mod compatibility.
Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 14:19
Thanks!
Raptor J 20. juli 2012 kl. 13:58

Taliith  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2012 kl. 7:32
