In the files you'll see models labelled from like head_000 to head_045 or something similar. Each head is a base head, and the game itself will morph heads together to create a new head for your character, none of it is saved to a tangible model other than when you see it in the game
Ninjaripper is a faster way to do it though. OpenIV can export files in openformats, which can then be imported into 3ds max or blender if there is a plugin for it. I have no idea about codewalker, but I've heard its better, more supported, and more recently updated
Once its all imported to your modeling program, you can follow any source engine rigging tutorial, but if youre doing it for gmod, search specifically for either Half life 2 or Gmod tutorials

x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streampeds_mp.rpf and then you do either mp_m_freemode_01 (Male online character) or mp_f_freemode_01 (Female online character)

@SPACECATGAM3R, You need program called OpenIV, to open gta giles, from there you can open/port .ydd/.ytd files. If you want to open the model in modelling program, you need a custom plugin for it, depends what program you are using.
that's a shame....

If you find two models, use the one with the blue hoodie, red pants.
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/7654314/
Step 1, get GTA 5.
Step 2, get openIV.
Step 3, extract the models & textures.
Step 4, convert the models to an "useable" model in external software.
Step 5, rig the model.
Step 6, port model & texture to the format used by gmod.
no one's going to do a video tutorial, it's a ton of work
People say "Make my Guy PLZ"
You could make a video or a comment explayning how to
Then you can have it in the desc. like "If you ask if I will make your char. "Link here" This explains EXACTLY how to"
Just a tip!
I don't know if I will get to your guy's characters because I'm human. At first I enjoyed making these, now it's just a chore. I feel afraid of saying "no" because people will get mad, and say stuff like "but you did his character :(".
