This is Transport Fever: Snowfall!

Prolynx it is a graphic skin that affects the whole map. You can enable and disable it at any time

What exactly does this mod do? Does it cover the map with snow or do you have to paint the snow on? Also can you add it and remove it without it breaking saved games?

Makes the Alps look great . Is there a way to make the brush larger to cover more of an area. Also i noticed the village houses are white is this normal?

@gax: I suspected as much, it overwrites the same ground textures used in the Snowy Mountain mod rendering the Snowy Mountain mod superfluous while the Snow mod is active. Still it is not wise to use multiple terrain mods on one map as the results can become unpredictable.

The Brush Ground mod has it's own set of textures and is not touched by the Snow mod (or any other mod), basically Brush Ground is compatible with all Terrain texture mods.

Track Textures are a different story since the Rail Stations also use the the track textures. If you have more than one track texture mod active, the game has been known to CTD the moment you try to place a Rail Station.
