Works for me, but be warned, you should download a mod that helps with food in some way or another. Because if you choose to play as SPQR, you will instantly have a food shortage.

I am assuming this one is not working? CA had to squeeze more money out of people's pockets on such an old game and broke one of the best mods.

** IMPORTANT ** You CAN play this mod. Simply right click on the game in your library, go into properties, then go into BETA, you can then select to launch the patch 17 version of the game. Forcing it to play the previous patch. This mod is working for me absolutley fine here in 2018!!
