@JubJub, it's admin panel from gmod 11 or something, it's VERY simple than any ULX and etc, but actually outdated, though with some skill, could be restored to work with newer gmod version and with new functions

I don't know about bugs or conflicts and issues with this mod.
But, maybe you get a mod conflict with something.

it's can:

give\take away armor and health
teleport you to player \ player to you \ all players to your aim \ all admins to player and etc
changelevel
give weapon \ item
limit props for players or all players rank
restrict weapons \ npc \ items (you cannot restrict all items idk why)
you can set team to spectator\joined\unsigned to player and this is work with team chat :D, (your own channel radio ^_^)

punishments:

kill\slay players
kick \ ban with reason or not
freeze player \ unfreeze
ragdoll player \ unragdoll
rocket player with explode
explode player

can not or bugs:

you can't block some items like a health ball, medic kit, armor kit etc.
you can't pick player with phys gun \ and him can't pick you (rank bug)
if you set permissions [use player props] as (relaxed or anything) then players can't pick their props (rank bug)

What can it do?

Because I want something to allow me to teleport to players in my local server.
