Love both 1 and 2 series, and am putting up office parks everywhere! I also appreciate leaving decorations up to local mayors! If I may suggest something? Porting your excellent glass-front designs to make some 1 /2 / 3 story, high-end boutique shops. NGON had offered 3 Boutiques https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=720446138 , and Nere has a Chanel shop. It would be very nice to have a few more/variety on the workshop for big-city downtown high-end street areas, malls, and wealthy suburbs: Dior, Gucci, Vuitton, Hermes, Bulgari, etc. (or parody naming). Your designs would blend quite well. I have PS and crazy bump powers, and can help with logos, diffuse, specular, normal or others. Regardless, THANKS for the great work. Brilliant.

Simple superb. Your work is amazing. Do you have plans to create more growables for High Residential and Commercial? I don't like to use RICO, because the scale of the buildings messes the "big city" feel of the vanilla game, you basically have a shopping or office bigger than the stadium, port and airport. The scale of planes and ships don't help either.
