Cool, thanks for playing. Enjoy! I try not to play the career scenarios so my ideas aren't a copy of what they did. Thanks again. :)

I thought of completing the career scenarios before coming to your scenarios which i did.. trip from oroville to keddie was a maaahhhh.. keddie to oroville was another matter as had to keep a look on the brakes constantly.. but i still enjoyed coming back to your scenarios.. get to see so much than just the career scenario.. enjoyed the shunting.. felt so refreshed playing ur scenarios after the mind numbing experience of career scenarios.. onto the next one!!!!...:steamhappy:

Thanks very much macjinty7800, this is a fun route to work on, I will be coming back to this series sometime in the future.
macjinty7800 13 May, 2018 @ 12:19pm
Another graet scenario on a stunning railroad. Enjoyed this very much and thaks for making these available. As a Brit I am hooked now on American routes. Now have to fly back to Altoona to continue duties on The Horseshoe Curve.:steamhappy:

GOOD !! merci pour ce scenario original
RBJets  [author] 28 Mar, 2017 @ 12:08pm
I got that one and the CSX one, haven't drove them yet.
ravensview 28 Mar, 2017 @ 11:16am
BTW - that is the newer U30C Chessie. Much more detail and choices than the old U30B. And hardly any scenarios written for it yet.
ravensview 28 Mar, 2017 @ 10:50am
I've started the Norfolk career mode Black Gold with the U30. Used Z key first time to start all 5 units, emergency braking to stop (oops) and relized had to clear brakes in all 5 units. Will be a challenging loco!
RBJets  [author] 28 Mar, 2017 @ 10:19am
I will, I wanna drive it a little more myself. :)
ravensview 28 Mar, 2017 @ 10:12am
Maybe you could to one/some scenario's using several U30's in advanced mode, starting off cold and dark. Users can still use the "Z" key for a quick start of each unit, or use the checklist.
RBJets  [author] 27 Mar, 2017 @ 1:21pm
take that back I did play one because it took me awhile to get it started. Nice change and challenging.
ravensview 27 Mar, 2017 @ 10:28am
Yes, both are part of pro series. Grabbed them in the March Madness sale
RBJets  [author] 27 Mar, 2017 @ 10:01am
Is the "Pro Series" loco they put out? Haven't played it yet.
ravensview 27 Mar, 2017 @ 8:13am
Good scenario, with a nice mix of switching. I'm looking forward to playing the rest in the series.
I've just bought the GP20 and the U30 locos.
I like the detailed startup of the U30 and the sound of the power plant.
Not a big fan of the inside - it could be more detailed. And TS could add a load meter - if the real U30 has one of course!
I find the brake control a little 'coarse' - have to get up to 24% before there is suddenly 20 lb of brake cylinder. Seems to slow too much, then have to release and wait for presssure to recharge.

Sweet, thanks psrancher
Pinpuller 16 Feb, 2017 @ 8:50am

Most enjoyable, thanks.
RBJets  [author] 18 Jan, 2017 @ 8:11pm
Thanks jimsinclair56, I might use the other loco included with the route for the trip to Oroville. Not sure yet.
jimsinclair56 18 Jan, 2017 @ 6:40pm
RBJets, this was a very enjoyable scenario and thanks! I also enjoy running the U30Bs, so switching with these units is just "icing on the cake!" Now on to "Leaving Quincy Junction!" :-)
