For reference, this file was a legacy bin file in the Gmod folder, so it wasn't mounting properly on servers. The fix is to use {LINK VERWIJDERD}https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/ and download the workshop link and get a standard GMA file. Then you upload that GMA file with an addon.json file to create a new working workshop link.
