I think it has to do with the number of packages loaded on the server and somehow the mutator is not read correctly

when I turn on the server usually the first game the weapons are not unlocked, only if you change the map, sometimes it also happens that a single player (random) is unable to buy weapons and the others get

Если ты зашел на сервер \ зашел в соло где стоит серый мутатор тебе придется перезапустить всю игру. Это специфика игры, не моего мутатора.
