Besides people, nobody is interested in your sh--ty stats, especially when they crowd up the comments instead of being contained in the usual discussion.
The very good thing is that Valve never looks the stats invented by the users, they just select for the look of the weapon and place their own if it happens to add a new weapon and not a reskin.

100% longer build time, no random crits, If carrying a building, you take 5 metal over .5 seconds active
