am not sure what is not working, codex it self or this mod, but I can't used in RT. some type of overflow or something with the new patch (I think). Anyway I can't used with my RT.

This Sponsor has been updated and now uses a Trait that is very similar to the Trait that is being used in the Non-Codex Mod. As some people had pointed out correctly, the old Trait that was used with this Sponsor in Codex (Free Population every X turns) did not really fit them very well.

I mean unmodded Rising Tide, this Version also requires Codex.

"A Rising Tide Version does currently not exist."
And on the right side it says required DLC is Rising Tide. Hunh?
