@ronbee Thank you!

Very nice set of assets, stumbled by accident upon these buildings. I use this equipement in real life sometimes. Will be nice to put it in my city. Thanks!

doood.doood......nice.

@ I have since subscribed to "findit" and I was able to find the cameras that way :-)
Beardmonkey  [author] 19 Mar, 2018 @ 4:00pm
@rb58nl Hm, that sounds weird! All assets in this collection are individual so if you subbed to the camera props they should show up. Are you using the FindIt mod? Also if you want to place the props in game you'll need the mod More Beautification as well.
rb58nl 3 Mar, 2018 @ 12:07am
Hi, I originally only subbed the camera assets/props but when I start up the game, it tells me they are missing.... As result, they are not to be found in the prop list.. How does that work?
AJ Deere | ROAD TRAIN | CAUTION 28 Feb, 2017 @ 3:17pm
Oh ok all good. Since its hard to do the whole thing manually. Good thing about that is that i can build custom ones.
Beardmonkey  [author] 28 Feb, 2017 @ 11:03am
Maybe. I have a lot of stuff I'd like to make so I can't promise anything...
Vinolik 28 Feb, 2017 @ 10:51am
Can you make one complete finished wheigh station as asset?
AJ Deere | ROAD TRAIN | CAUTION 6 Feb, 2017 @ 11:49am
Can u make one as one whole asset?

RE: "With scale lanes of equal length truck will enter both lanes but it seems there's no logic to it. As far as I can tell it's random. I'm going to o´play around a bit more."
Come to think about it the TMPE A.I. would only be able to recognize and adjust lane usage for congestion on the lanes provided by one road otherwise the route is determined at time of departure AFAIK or remember after reading the TMPE manual. That manual is excellent by the way. Really well organized and informative.

next, if "open", I'll use the exit ramp that leads to the Weigh Station complex. While on that exit ramp I will slow down to 30mph and first run over a Dynamic/"In Motion Scale - TWS" scale. At that point the scale house will determine (based on how close my weight is to legal maximums) whether or not to direct me to the bypass lane or the Static/"Weigh Station Scale - TWS" scale lane using a sign like your "Weigh Station Lane Lights TWS". Here is where I will meet your first wishbone dividing the exit ramp into either the bypass lane or Static/"Weigh Station Scale - TWS" scale lane. The exit ramp and bypass speed limit is typically 30mph in the Chicago area and midwestern US but I have seen them vary from 55mph (woohoo!) to 15mph (come on!) nationwide: https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5507945,-87.8138499,3a,75y,284.41h,80.22t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s1NGuP7XVwNHXnGvzhR4VIw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
gravage 4 Feb, 2017 @ 8:04pm
next I would see your sign "Weigh Station Sign Next TWS", but with "open/"closed" indicated: https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5509021,-87.8088682,3a,75y,275.65h,70.83t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sbCK8bPA0TKkCfh31e_oM_A!2e0!7i13312!8i6656 about 800 ft before the exit ramp.
next I would see your sign "Weigh Station Off Ramp Sign TWS",
gravage 4 Feb, 2017 @ 8:03pm
Here in Chicago area where they really like to keep the traffic moving a Truck will first typically see a sign on the side of the highway or overhead indicating "Weigh Station 1 mile": https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5511651,-87.7919379,3a,75y,270.01h,82.82t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sMML0vwKFv7TCX2FlU0Royg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656 ,
next I would see AVI equipment and signs:
https://www.google.com/maps/@41.551122,-87.7948349,3a,75y,278.28h,80.52t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sKav6AD1YbhUC5b-rMpfu7w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

next I would see your sign "Weigh Station Sign All Truck TWS",

@gravage: If I could make a bypass lane work in game I would connect it to the exit road after the in motion scales and before wishbone junction. Is that correct?

I havn't played around with TMPE too much yet so I've primarily used vehicle restrictions, speed limits and priority signs.

With scale lanes of equal length truck will enter both lanes but it seems there's no logic to it. As far as I can tell it's random. I'm going to o´play around a bit more.
Beardmonkey  [author] 4 Feb, 2017 @ 11:37am
@stuart22022: You'll need to install the More Beautification mod by BloodyPenguin to be able to place the props in game.
gravage 4 Feb, 2017 @ 9:06am
At the Chicago area scales they set up a dynamic scale prior to the bypass lane and only signal you to hit the static scale when the dynamic scale indicates you are pretty heavy and thus more likely to be overweight either gross or per axle. Your screen shot shows the dynamic scale up next to the static scale. Is that how they set it up in Sweden. If so how do they determine whether or not to direct you to the static scales?
gravage 4 Feb, 2017 @ 8:52am
RE: "I'm using TMPE stop signs (twice actually) in order to have only one truck stopping on the scale." Well, THAT is exactly what they do here in the Chicago area scales IRL. Do you also use "block junction" option of "Junction Restrictions" to hold the second truck back till the one on the scale leaves?

RE: "In my build I made the two scale lanes exactly the same length to make the trucks enter both of them." Ah, thus the wishbone junction at each end. That was an excellent idea! With that setup I imagine you get a pretty realistic simulation working there as long as you don't get too much truck traffic or ... Does the TMPE A.I. do a great job of recognizing the static scale queue backup thus rerouting subsequent traffic through the bypass?
stuart22022 4 Feb, 2017 @ 7:57am
I can only find the police patrol, where is everyting else?
Beardmonkey  [author] 4 Feb, 2017 @ 2:23am
@gravage: Thanks! Yeah, I'm using TMPE stop signs (twice actually) in order to have only one truck stopping on the scale. I was thinking about the bypass lane but I wasn't sure how to make that work. If you come up with a way to do this please let me know. In my build I made the two scale lanes exactly the same length to make the trucks enter both of them. It would be cool to have a working bypass lane as well though. Good luck with your build!
gravage 3 Feb, 2017 @ 10:50pm
Wow! I am really impressed! I have been a truck driver since 1993, so I appreciate this set of goodies. Could be a while before I catch up enough to utilize this but I'll probably bump it up on my list of fun ... to like ... um ... "NEXT!"... : ) I am already thinking of using TMPE to route the trucks off the highway into the scales and manage the line for the scale and scale bypass by setting up TMPE lights that will be set to rocognize when the scale queue is full and making sure the traffic AI is set up so that the trucks entering the offramp will choose/reroute via the bypass when the scale is full. Ha! I just talked myself into making this my next project! I love your screenshot posted above. Are you using a traffic control "stop sign" (like you can find in TMPE) to get them to stop on the static scale? MAN, I am excited! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this bit of trucker heaven. I haven't even used this yet and I am going to FAV and thumbs up it. I never do that ; )
Beardmonkey  [author] 1 Feb, 2017 @ 12:53am
I could make an asset with sub buildings I guess but I don't think I will.
lej_a7 31 Jan, 2017 @ 4:48pm
This is great though I really wished you could have made it an actual asset

Great idea. Looking forward to trying it out. Thanks!
