In addition, and becaue Saber would be lonely if I had published his voice pack on its own, I've made a few improvements to the other SOV voice packs. See for yourselves in game and in the patchnotes.
Lastly, I have made solid progress on my plans to make Three Houses voicepacks. I still cannot give any ETA but I'll have more free time over the winter so even if I don't publish anything soon, you can bet work is being done. My plan would be to start with Dimitri but I might actually get Jeralt, of all character, ready first.
The amazing people at TheSoundsResource (VgResource) were able to rip pretty much *every* voice line from Three Houses (except for the battle/Crit quotes, it seems).
The voice lines seem to stretch into the high hundreds, if not *thousands* it you consider pre/post skip quotes as "separate" (right now, Dimitri's seems to be sitting at ~600 lines for pre and post skip and I am not done with sorting through everything of his).
If I plan to send files with voice lines, how many voice lines are you willing to look through?
XD
Because I'm going to make voicepacks for Three Houses soon! (unless someone else does it before me.) I have checked and I can get all voice clips from the game relativly easilly so it will happen. When, I cannot say but it will happen for sure.
If you're not burnt out with working through my voice lines, I have clips of Yuri Lowenthal's Marth (gotta represent the original FE lord) and Greg Chun's Ike, for those who prefer a more consistent Ike performance.

On a related note: FE Warriors could help with expanding lines for chars like F!Robin, but I couldn't find any sources with just the voice lines. Of the sources I found, they had the background music playing. If you can figure out how to neutralize the background OST, I don't mind sending some F!Robin clips from Warriors your way.
That said, I would not expect anything next week. Perhaps in two weeks but as always, I prefer not to promis anything.
Regarding Chrom I will admit I am genuinly less interested, but I can't say it bothers me to have to listen to M. Mercer's voice for three hours. I will look into it when I have time.
Finally, it isn't Rinea. :p
Chrom's clips should be fairly easy to get while Female Robin might be a bit more difficult due to having different VAs (they are fairly close in tone, I haven't listened to enough to figure out if there's a huge difference).
Good job. Do you have plans on adding Chrom?
For now, I owe myself a beer. See you tomorow folks.

The voice acting quality between the clips varies because Jason Adkins wasn't a very consistent voice actor (adult Ike screams for Sephiran memory scene, anyone?). It's very noticeable in some of the clips, so if you'd prefer me getting Greg Chun's version of Ike, I don't mind grabbing them (will need time to get the clips though).
In regards to you doing updates for this mod: if I'm able to grab more voice clips for other characters (would primarily be from FE:Heroes), would you add them to this mod?
I'll be honest, most of the actual work is the editing and the labelling of the voice: I name each file with what is said in it so I don't have to listen to it every time, and that takes ages. If you can label the voices before sending them to me, I'm pretty sure I would have the time to do the rest. Otherwise I can try, but it would take more time. I would of course credit you appropriatly.
I half wanted to make an Ike Voice mod (the Jason Adkins version) and I have voice clips for it (compiled from Brawl/Smash 4, Radiant Dawn, Fates, and Codename: STEAM). However, I'm terrible at the actual modding part and could never figure out how to make the SDK work.
If it's not much trouble to you, if I sent you the clips in some format (and if the voice clips are to your standards of quality), would it be possible for you to add Ike to your list of voices?
But then, I modified another archives and bam, Niles didn't work anymore and my fix doesn't cut it.
Funny thing is, the exact same thing worked perfectly with both Robin and Lucina. Again, just copied and pasted some files and it magically worked.
Fun fact: This system is so broken that the Xcom editor has a built-in batch copy-past system, so you can make 15 copies at once. The logic is that if you have 16 itteration of the same file, one of them is bound to work.
I haven't given up yet: Maybe their FE Heroes voices can fill-in the holes and I'll be able to add them then.
