Hi @Tankish @Spartak, @fsupple1: I apologize for the late reply. I'll be updating the mod within a week, Firaxis made some changes to where the files are stored but it shouldn't take me long to adjust it. I'll make sure that I update it so the different leader personas also have their agendas adjusted.
@Spartak I'm doing ok! I went through a rough patch but getting better now :) How are you? Which updates are you looking for, the persona ones?
@fsupple1 The mod should work currently, if you have an issue with it please let me know.

I just pushed an update that fixes it, please let me know if there are any issues still. There definitely used to be conflicts between UI mods like @cobber51 mentioned but in this case it seems to be a DB change that triggered it.

@Cyber Brain: Glad to hear it works. The mod does move alliances to the writing tech, it also moves research agreements to writing.
I'll test this out to see why you're not able to form alliances. I'll post an update here with the test results. Do you have any other mods installed that affect alliances? It's possible there's a conflict.

@Exmanter: Could you please let me know which version of the game you're using? I've been testing it and it doesn't show that error for me.

I hope you're all doing well. I've added friendship bonuses for Vietnam, Kublai and Portugal:
- Lady Trieu: Encampments provide +1 culture
- Kublai: Barracks provide +2 gold
- Joao III: Harbors provide +1 production
Looking at all of the bonuses I've noticed there are some that could use some minor tweaking. I'll be working to adjust those soon.
I'm hoping to make it easy to understand how to make changes to the mod, or potentially easily create versions of it. I'll post an update here within the next week or two based on what I might be able to come up with.

@Wuren, =[NK]= Col. Jack O'Neil: Glad to hear you guys made the changes! I didn't realize the government penalties were conflicting with several other mods. Sorry about this but I'm pretty sure the update for the new civs will replace that file even when no changes will be made, please back them up so you can restore them more easily. I'll think about creating another version, or at least including a section about how to change those values manually.

@Bad Apple Banzai: Amplifying the agendas is an interesting idea, another version of the mod would be needed though. I'll definitely think about creating one. If someone wants to create it I'm fine with that too!
@lilMobStick: I'll look into that mod to see if I can make it compatible with this one.

@TheUltimateGod4: I'll look into whether this mod conflicts with the "ignore warmongering" mod, thanks for notifying me they might be incompatible.
@cobber51: Thanks for that info, I think the changes made to adjust for the pre-NFP March 2020 update should keep them compatible but I'll double check.
