Yah it looks like Steam bloated the asset for whatever reason. If I could also offer some advice, 4096x4096 might be way too large of a texture for this game. Dev's recommend only using a maximum texture size of 2048 even for the largest unique buildings. Try to downscale it to 2048x2048 or 1024x1024 and you may see a DRASTIC reduction in the file size. I believe the biggest contributor to the file size on Steam is the size (resolution & file memory size) of the textures.

that cant be right. the models and textures are only 13 mb combined.
And thats with 4096x4096 texutres

Something is going on with this model. It's over 90mb's in file size. That's ridiculously crazy too large for a building like this especially if it's only 500 tris as you mention in the description. What resolution is your texture maps set at? A building like this should be 5mb in file size, not 97mb.
