Made me laugh - this is called the Tower of London yet it has a pic of Big Ben and the Elizabeth Tower with the Palace of Westminster behind. The Tower of London is further down the river and a completely different building.

@Jerry im borrowing the art assets for Big Ben which is another wonder located both in game and in London but Big Ben and the Tower of London are two very different structures

From that perspective, it's a fair point - I use Exploration quite a bit, it's good for Dominance (if on a sea-based map), Culture and Diplomacy victories, and I actually prefer naval battles to the land ones.

I thought of the Tower in a historical context, that's why your choice of social policy tree puzzled me ...

@Dragons Lair it's to make people consider the exploration tree a bit more. I personally never really use it and hope adding another wonder to it would entice people to spend there Culture on it
