It is! There's a RICO version that is semi-ready but I want to try and get a few more building made / play with how bright/dark the textures are. I'm currently testing them in a carribean themed map.

uh if this is the theme you're teasing it is right up my alley, I want this so bad. and would be nice if someone released a big clothes line without supports for trees and tenements (dropping the seed yk)
