Interesting thumbnail with those jellyfish wearing the hats too. Too bad the actual hats for the Inklings get incorrectly placed when bonemerged to that Jelonzo model. Makes me wonder how Malachite (the person who made the thumbnail) managed to do it correctly. ...And for that matter, how come I never saw normal jellyfish models for gmod (I know they're available at The Models Resource, but didn't think anyone managed to import them anywhere)? A very interesting picture indeed...

Given that I just barely discovered what you meant (I think), I sadly don't find this workaround very practical, as it completely makes the model invisible when loaded up in SFM, and I fear that at some point I'd screw up the file while adding in the string of text needed to achieve this effect. Yet I am aware that there is no way to add $translucent 1 via Material Override, which is beyond anyone's contol, since Valve was too lazy to implement such a feature into SFM. I still think bodygroups would have been a better option for compression of models into one condensed package, though since I don't know the slightest about coding for anything, let alone Source, I guess I don't really have much of a voice in this matter. :P
