Report a translation problem
The issue with actually creating a bottlecap is that it would require creating a whole new model, whereas all of my addons just utilise the existing Dollar Bill Stack model from CSS. This allows them to appear anywhere that the vanilla money texture is used - including the DarkRP money entity.
If you wanted to take this on yourself, you'd have to create a model representing the bottlecaps, upload it to the Workshop and provide instructions to modify the DarkRP server config to utilise your custom model.
All of these things are a touch complex to explain through a Steam Community comment, so your best bet is to search on Google and/or YouTube for a guide.
