Like I said in April, I don't really play Gmod, and I don't have the files anymore so this will not be maintained, sorry.

While looking at it with a camera, I found a specific bug on this playermodel, when you look up or down, his eyes turn normally, but if you keep looking but at a very large angle (like completely looking up), his head doesn't move, making his eyes almost turn behind. (Note: My English isn't the best one)

It did exist, but, I lost the files for it a while ago, may remake it, probably won't because I don't do much with Gmod anymore.

The model is called "models/player/bwolf/blitzsfw.mdl" which would imply the existence of a not so sfw version.
Where can I ge- I mean ew. Who would want that?

Try unsubbing and resubbing, if that doesn't work, no idea.

ummm.... kinda need help again, the .gma file will appear then after extraction and a few seconds, the .gma will disappear

any clue how to fix this?

No, I only have it linked as a requirement as it was the original model when I hexed it, they aren't actual requirements. The "Enhanced X" are included as requirements for ease of use. As for why it's not working for you, I have no idea. Sorry.

The addon is enabled, I restarted it

I still can't find it...
I tried to look at the addons folder too.... but I dunno, I think It's not there or maybe I just don't know the filename

Try restarting Gmod, check if it's actually enabled in Addons.
