Report a translation problem
if you have Ploppable Rico...
You have to go into the RICO settings (in between error msgs) and change the setting to com hi or something else of your choice. Save the game, then quit and restart the save. The error will be gone - as long as this is the only building you have with this setting.
This asset works fine. A problem is on your side.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
I saw on the Ploppable RICO comments that someone tried plopping every RICO asset and that the ones that weren't selectable were the ones having issues. I did the same thing and couldn't select this one. It wouldn't even show anything when you held the mouse over it and if I tried to select it it had the previous asset I selected still selected. Luckily from the picture of the thumbnail I was able to figure out which asset it was.
