If you find it difficult, its okay but you can still improvise, like you can still add empty land around the map and border it with invisible wall, if you can make such good city it shouldnt be a problem for you, its just about finding a good way to make it

Personally for me, 3D Skybox is still too difficult and if you do not like the map they do not have to subscribe,No one forces them to do so ...

That isnt a reason why you cant add it, 90% of maps in workshop have it, and the rest is hidden in mountains or something like that, without it it looks bad
