This mod will continue working as usual, as its only an optical thing. no problem with playing it in the current version of the game, altought i want to change the numbers to 1.8 :P

Do all your cities work ok in 1.8 or will they suffer from compatability issues?
If just a number change for hte version number, im happy, that doesnt matter =)

I thought Maya exportier is more for 3D modelling. I use Gimp, to create the cities.

Also you should consider changing the colors of these tree-like structures to something more like buildings, like white trunks with light blue leaves.

What do you think of this and my other suggestion?

Like a large cluster of buildings in the far distance behind the closest buildings?

Because otherwise it just would be empty. I don't want it to be empty . Cityscapes and species are somehow bound together like ships and cities too, you cannot add new thing with adding species and ships too, although this is not wanted
