There's a console command and a button in the options panel. Can also be automated if you put the command "cleanupitems" into your autoexec.cfg, but I'll see about adding a function to toggle doing it automatically later.

It reminds me of one of the planes from September 11, 2001 that was going to go to the white house but the Passengers rebelled and the plane lost control and crashed

The plane crash came from L4D2 and no thought was put into the 747 comment in the notes. It was very late/early when that was written :)

im not gonna lie... its not an airbus-747 by a long mile. it looks more like a ATR 72-600 Aircraft just without the turbo prop. But yeah people make mistakes
