You are the best ship builder on here. Keep it up.
DeAnti 27 Oct, 2017 @ 9:16pm
soooooooo keens update made the bottom thrusters melt armor, so now im playing with thruster damage off please dont change your build style
HECKIN' CHONKER 12 Aug, 2017 @ 1:53pm
sometimes when im controlling it, the ship will randomly flip the f*** out in a random direction and spin uncontrollably, causing everything to break apart. on my last attempt, the briidge got ripped right out of the ship.

otherwise, i LOVE the 70's-90's retro sci-fi asthetic. it made me extremely nostalgic for the Aliens franchise. im a big fan of Weyland-Yutani ships. XD

@Annorexrcist
Check if all the thrusters / power ar on (or landing gear is locked) it schould start easily, if any problems occure you may wanna put all the safety locks in the rotors on

(ship has only hydrogen and ion thrusters, ions are Shit on planets so hydrogen is important)
VanCity Nikolai 15 Jul, 2017 @ 4:03am
super noob here.. I know you say that it can do atmospheric and space... umm... how do you make it take off in atmosphere. Mine won't budge. :S
Deltafrost 13 Jul, 2017 @ 2:09pm
No problem dude keep it up
Dolan  [author] 13 Jul, 2017 @ 1:25pm
@Deltafrost and thanks! Glad you guys enjoy the ship!
Dolan  [author] 13 Jul, 2017 @ 1:24pm
@Deltafrost
I'm getting the same issue, safety locks fix the drift but break the ramp. SE seems to not like the grid collision or something.
Jerk 12 Jul, 2017 @ 11:53pm
You must have a frame rate of '2'..
Deltafrost 22 Jun, 2017 @ 12:17am
Love it.
and for your front flip problem...
I'm not sure if you ever use them but all the rotor (expect the ramp ones) weren't on safety lock as soon as I put the lock on it was stable

The ramp however I'm still trying to find my error or SE's (the lock of the ship seems to be fine)
As for me after 1 use the ramp opens, but then the second part of the ramp is left floating. It still seems to be attached while visually it isn't

Thank you Dolan, do you know if Phil's is having trouble with the new SE update?
Dolan  [author] 4 Jun, 2017 @ 7:11pm
@jason_goodrich2001
Phil's is the one!
Thanks everyone btw!
[B.A.C.M] jason_goodrich2001 31 May, 2017 @ 7:00pm
and thank you

can you tell me which script you used to diplay the scematic of your ship on lcd, was that phils ship diagnostic?
Joshua Norton 29 May, 2017 @ 10:25am
actually dolan, why are you not running a SE-community server, maybe even a slightly roleplay oriented one?
i assume you would attract a lot of capable designers and roleplayers.
Edge-81y 13 May, 2017 @ 7:32pm
You never cease to amaze, dude! :D
Old man Sato 11 May, 2017 @ 1:58pm
this must be my fav ship around!
PeterHammerman 7 May, 2017 @ 10:52am
Hammerman approves ;)
GrimTheYeeter 6 May, 2017 @ 4:38pm
I flipping knew it! I love that Star Wars ship. It's a really decent sized cargo vessel. I tried to make a ship of similar design but sadly it failed >:[ Glad to see someone else did something that does it justice.
Snuggles 6 May, 2017 @ 3:38pm
Awesome! Love the attention to detail! Walking into the crew rec room was kickass haha! Also appreciate the auto doors :D

"Jump Range: 1969 Kilometers." "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind."
Devil Dog 6 May, 2017 @ 8:14am
Got it pasted. Only problem I have is some corridors I go sideways. Otherwise cool model, thanks!
Mike Loeven 5 May, 2017 @ 7:41pm
My projector is giving me a multiple grid error when trying to build this. Is this just the rovers or are there moving parts that will prevent this ship from being welded via projector

(edit) Ok so i tested trying to build this and basically you need to make a collection and each rotor connected part needs to be a seperate blueprint for constructing these
_SD_ 5 May, 2017 @ 5:07pm
Good job dude! ;)
Bunni 5 May, 2017 @ 3:56pm
Pretty good, but connectors are on hard-to-reach places. Could use a few on the bottom or maybe some collectors.
Dolan  [author] 5 May, 2017 @ 1:35pm
And thank you everyone for your compliments!
Dolan  [author] 5 May, 2017 @ 1:35pm
@Crackpirate
Blessings of Clang? I measured it out, every time the block in front of the retro thrust I moved it back by one. Seemes to work!

@Odd Object
Proabibly just saberoids in the vents

ADM S.Spectre 5 May, 2017 @ 11:37am
dam dolan that a nice build :steamhappy:
Emrule 5 May, 2017 @ 8:54am
Pretty... laggy.
Devil Dog 4 May, 2017 @ 9:24pm
How do i use this in game?
MF DOOM 4 May, 2017 @ 8:06pm
oddobject try setting your timer block to silent...
Odd Object 4 May, 2017 @ 8:00pm
I love this ship. It's beautiful, and very functional.
That being said... WTF IS THAT NOISE!? THAT SEEMINGLY RANDOM "tchu" NOISE EVERY 3-4 SECONDS! AHHHHH!!!
Crackpirate 4 May, 2017 @ 4:51pm
How do the large backwards thrusters not break the ship? Ive done before at an even further distance and thrust went right through ship
Fishypwn 4 May, 2017 @ 4:00pm
It is not possible to use this in survival because it uses rotors. The only thing that shows up is the small grid at the top
SgtSoB 4 May, 2017 @ 9:13am
looks cool can't wait to play with it in survival
LANDSHARK 4 May, 2017 @ 3:19am
brilliant ship, makes me want to just travel around in it.
Crimson Revenant 3 May, 2017 @ 5:37pm
Cockpit reminds me of the Maka-Eekai L4000 from Star Wars Legends.
Xanthyn 2 May, 2017 @ 9:14pm
It looks like you used the rotor trick to make the ramp out of a nice, centered small grid, and then used the large grid blast doors to keep it airtight. A really clever move!
Skallabjorn 2 May, 2017 @ 7:37pm
hopes shattered... lol....
Dolan  [author] 2 May, 2017 @ 2:09pm
Thanks a lot everyone for the compliments!
@Skallabjorn If only there was an in-game music script! The bridge item you are likely referring to is a small detail I put in to try and give the ship a "used" feeling.
Audwn 2 May, 2017 @ 2:02pm
Niiiice, thanks 4 sharing
[WTFH] ragnar_greymane 2 May, 2017 @ 12:46pm
Nice ship - I hope my old desktop will manage to load it properly =)
Skallabjorn 2 May, 2017 @ 11:08am
Love the mix of small and large block, using rotor attachments I take it to do so? As well, on the bridge I see a "music now playing" is this a script and where can I find it ?? Great build.
Doom [GGaming] 2 May, 2017 @ 2:51am
Is it just me or is this ship a mix of small and large grid?
JCapt 1 May, 2017 @ 4:50pm
Looks great! Nice interior too. :)
Lord Wraith SOL3 1 May, 2017 @ 12:49am
love the design looking forward to doing a review of it
McMoe 30 Apr, 2017 @ 7:06pm
looks great! very nostromo

@SpaceWolf [DEADMEN] [FL]
Thanks man!
QuintusJ 30 Apr, 2017 @ 4:04pm
Awesome! You are the best at making these industrial ships. Can't wait for the next :D
