Dunno, i never tried. I only do MP missions for dedicated. Even so there are ways to make a mission/campaign persistent but you need advanced knowledge.
Check out TRGM frameworks by treendy, that has persistent elements in it.

:) Thanks buddy! If you liked this mission you should try all episodes, be advised tho episodes 4-7 don't have an intro yet so keep them disabled.
