For your first question, if you press P (when in admin mode) it'll redo your last command instantly. For the second question, I'm not actively working on any starbound mods anymore, I might in the future but no promises

No, sadly there is no way to make race specific death animations.

Thanks! It was actually quite easy to make, I just made one frame and slightly edited it to make the next.
