Anyway, thanks for these great assets.
But as of today, the new highresidential set reached L4 and you could theoretical unsub to all lowres buidlings, sub to the highresbuildings and regrow the areas in your city.
Maybe create a testcity and grow a few blocks of old brooklyn and a few blocks of the new one and compare the looks on each Level. If you feel like it is an improvement to you cities and you like the looks of it, you could "replace" all lowres areas with the new highres ones.
the rework is not so much about particulary buidlings (some buildings got updates though) but more about reworking the entire setup. I vastly increased variety by adding some once commercial exclusive buildings as residentials and by duplicating each building (So a 3 story will now appear on L2 and L3). Also I'm using Mr Maisons trees for decoration.
The Idea is to combine all my NY buildings into one theme and also make it more "natural" and brooklylike.
