Only 2 outfits show skin (Underwear & Dancer's Outfit) and only 1 when you're fully Dark Side (Dark Side underwear doesn't show skin).
paste the new tga files in kotor 2 override folder. that worked for me

@ParadigmShift: I won't turn that into a mod, too similar. I'm not sure if Steam will undo this, but you could replace some files. Go to something like:
[drive]:\[steam folder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\925322629\override
Delete PFHC05.tga, copy PFHC05d1.tga, rename to PFHC05.tga. Similar for the portraits (the files that start with po_). I hope that works.
Because i seriously love that image, but i don't like playing half-way ANYTHING when i play Kotor.
The Hawk idea is not bad and shouldn't be too much work, I'll add it to my list of ideas, thx.
