I haven't tried these yet, but are the only skins that appear randomly? Loved the variants but don't want to change that much the experience

If you ever come back to this, I think a neat feature to implement (maybe in a separate addon entirely) is to have them replace the TLS weapon variants for the weapons that are supported, like the magnum, shotguns, rifles, etc.

I hope this get fix I guess some skins are missing? Small changes like this is what I'm interest to.

Yes, apologies to both. Indeed, they are not there, and unfortunately I do not have the arcade files right now. I'll see if I can look into it in the future, in the meantime perhaps there's another addon that includes these skins.
