Gotcha, I appreciate the quick reply. I tried reinstalling l4d2 in its entirety, will see if that fixed it shortly.

That sounds more like a problem with Steam than with the mod itself, which is just a simple file containing the texturs for the blood. Not sure if I can help you at all, sorry mate.

Hey, having a little issue with this mod. Installed it just to try it out, and was trying to remove it, but after unsubscribing, manually going into addons and deleting everything, and deleting everything again with the steam sync settings off for both steam and left4dead, the textures are still there. Not sure what to do now. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but this mod is preventing some of my other textures and effects from even showing up at all. The blood textures on the ground seem to have been removed successfully and are now back to normal, but the Improved Blood Textures Body Wounds part won't seem to leave.

Okay, here's the mod with vanilla blood splatters. Just throw it in your addons folder.

I just prefer the original onces which I must say need an increase in res, and I can run them I have an MSI, I just... LIKE the original textures.

I can do that for you, but... why? Can you not run Improved Blood Textures or something? It looks just like vanilla after all, except the textures don't make your eyes bleed from how fucking low res they are.

Now we just need one with L4D2's default blood textures with the improved blood wounds! (Please? :0)
