The hit boxes are different than the normal infected. However, if the server you play on does *not* have this mod installed (and it likely does not), then the hit boxes are unchanged from the normal game because the server controls the hit boxes.

This mod is such a big fun! i can't stop laughing when this little raging bastards are running at me , grunting screaming. When you are down these little fellas are just as big as you are while lying on the ground and they jump and kick and smack you. lol! so many funny situation.
