I too get the seagulls. But they're already marked as residential. So how do I get rid of them?

to fix this is simple, just add a Local RIco settings and change park for residential low or high.

@BOT David This is unfortunately their normal behaviour, since the vanilla game puts seagulls over all parks. I made them parks so that you could place down as many as you want even without RICO, but that's the unfortunate consequence. The No Seagulls mod would solve that :)

Beautiful apartment, thank you so much! Only thing is that (maybe it's because I'm using this updated Ploppable RICO https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016920607&tscn=1585544016 and not the old one you have listed as the requirement) when I prop this down, I get a lot of seagulls flying around it because it's classified under Beautification (i.e. parks, etc.). Do you think this is something that can be fixed?

I only noticed it because I put down 20+ of them in one area

I feel stupid.. I disabled RICO.. Now it's all good.

same here, I got tourists visiting them, I aplce them from RICO tab

Problem with broken asset, same as flo0220.

I always place them from the RICO Icon, but I'll test it.

@flo0220 When you place them from the park tab, are they parks or residential buildings? There shouldn't be any tourists as I set all the stats to 0.

Yeah, but tourist keep coming to them, but don't come to other RICOs from the parks tab

@flo0220 The error message is caused by the fact that I used the same balcony building for each colour of the apartments... I'll try to update them. As for being in the park tab, I'm not sure but I think Find It! makes RICO buildings appear in their original tab as well...

1 problem though: when I load the game, it says: Asset broken

GlassBalcony and then some random numbers. Also it functions as a RICO and a park in my game, which is really weird. If this is a known issue, please try to fix it...
